Marco is Co-Founder of Home On The Road, bringing an engineering mindset, practical thinking and a knack for solving problems to the business. A Civil Engineer by training, he is particular about making sure things work as they should, with careful, neat design. While less involved in day-to-day operations, he remains the team’s go-to problem solver. Outside of work, he loves running and exploring nature.
Fun fact: Despite his many skills, Marco still can’t touch his toes.
Jade is Co-Founder of Home On The Road, bringing first-hand travel experience to the way we support customers and shape their trips. An Aussie ex-backpacker who has worked, volunteered and taught overseas, she understands what travellers need to feel confident on the road. With a Science degree and teaching background, she brings creativity, logic and problem-solving to the business. Outside of work, she enjoys travel, piano and family time.
Fun fact: Jade speaks some Italian and Spanish.
Kelly is our Accounts Administrator and resident problem-solver, with a passion for spreadsheets, resolving account issues, and supporting business operations. Outside of work, she teaches swimming, enjoys competing in the pool, and loves travelling around Western Australia with her two dogs, Bean and Guinness.
Fun fact: Kelly has combined her love of travel and numbers by teaching accounting in Nepal.
Matt is a customer service and travel professional who enjoys helping people plan memorable adventures. Passionate about travel, the outdoors, and connecting with people, he’s always happy to share advice and help travellers get the most from their experiences.
Fun Fact: When he’s not working he’s busy playing football, pulling his hamstring playing football or enjoying a pub quiz.
Luca is our behind-the-scenes star who keeps the fleet running smoothly. He coordinates vehicle servicing and maintenance, makes sure vehicles are presented in great condition, and ensures all equipment and add-ons are ready for customers before departure.
Fun Fact: Luca s passion for road trips began before he was old enough to drive-and he s been chasing new adventures ever since
