What Happens Next?
Confirmation Email: You’ll receive an email shortly with your booking details and a link to your pre-hire checklist. Please fill in your pre-hire checklist as soon as possible.
Before Your Rental: We will charge your card for any remaining rental balance 1-2 business days before your rental. At this time, we will also put a hold on your card for your selected security deposit amount.
For Out of Hours Pickups: For weekend and out of hours pickups, we will send you your pickup instructions and lockbox code via email up to 1 business day in advance. We must have all required documentation and all balances must be paid before these instructions are sent.
Van Guide: Inside your van, you’ll find a handy booklet that walks you through all the features—plus a few friendly tips to make your road trip smooth and stress-free.

Pick up & drop off
Please refer to your booking confirmation to see your selected pick up and drop off times. If you wish to change your pick up or drop off time, please contact us.
Pick-Up:
- In-person: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 3:00 pm
- Contactless: Available outside these hours, Monday to Saturday
- Early Morning Pick-Up: Request 4 days before your rental at no extra charge (subject to availability)
Drop-Off:
- Flexible, contactless, and available after hours or even on Sundays.
